By Feureau on feureau.com Hino Rei from the popular series Sailor Moon. Rei of the Fire. I think my somewhat of a qualm with the default design of this character is that her hair is black. It's not an entirely bad design or whatever. A truly red hair would probably overkill, but I'm pretty sure her hair should be a bit reddish.
